Noble County, Indiana – October 26th, 2010 – (JusticeNewsFlash.com) A repeat DUI offender with a suspended license is now in stable condition after crashing his vehicle into a Noble Country ditch over the weekend reports Indiana Accident Attorney. According to Noble county Sheriff’s Department, Daniel Fulk’s blood alcohol content was nearly four times the legal limit at the time of the accident. Fulk lost control of his 1970 Corvette and ran off the road suffering severe head injuries. He is now in stable condition at Parkview Main by Samaritan Hospital.
